Carnival Cruise Line is extending its 2026/27 cruise offerings, with Carnival Valor and Carnival Liberty continuing to sail from New Orleans to the Caribbean, and Carnival Panorama cruising to Mexico from Long Beach. These new itineraries offer travelers even more options to explore top destinations across the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Mexican Riviera.

Fred Stein, vice president of itinerary planning for Carnival, emphasized the importance of variety in their offerings: “The sailings we’re opening today showcase the diverse array of destinations and itineraries available to our guests. New Orleans and Long Beach are vital to our homeport strategy, and bring great new options to our guests as we continue to broaden our overall cruise schedule for 2026-27.”

Cruise from New Orleans: Carnival Valor and Carnival Liberty

Carnival is offering a wide range of itineraries from New Orleans aboard Carnival Valor and Carnival Liberty. Carnival Valor will operate four- and five-day Western Caribbean cruises in 2026 and 2027, with stops in Cozumel and Progreso. Carnival Liberty will provide even more variety, offering week-long Western and Eastern Caribbean sailings, with stops at destinations like Celebration Key, Belize, Mahogany Bay, Montego Bay, and more.

One standout option is Carnival Liberty’s unique 14-day round-trip Carnival Journeys cruise, departing November 29, 2026. This extensive itinerary will visit Cozumel, Montego Bay, Curaçao, Aruba, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panama, offering guests an opportunity to explore the Panama Canal through shore excursions.

Cruise from Long Beach: Carnival Panorama

From Long Beach, Carnival Panorama will sail six- to eight-day cruises to popular Mexican Riviera destinations like Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and La Paz. The ship recently completed a dry dock, introducing new features such as updated retail shops and a non-smoking casino, enhancing the onboard experience for guests.

With these expanded offerings, Carnival continues to strengthen its position as a leading cruise provider, delivering diverse and exciting vacation options well into 2026 and 2027.
